Founder · Mindset, Careers, The Debate Room & The Celestia Gathering
I've spent years searching for what teenagers actually need. When it didn't exist I realised I had to build it.
Everything I teach comes from lived experience. I've been home educating for 12 years now and have raised (with the help of my husband too!) confident, happy teenagers who are all exploring a life away from our mainstream narrative.
Whilst navigating some of the hardest chapters of my own life I began discovering that we are all far more powerful than we've been led to believe.
Every month I host three sessions - though I'm happy to increase this according to demand:
Mindset & Careers - exploring confidence, self-belief and the full spectrum of what life can look like for young people. We look at the traditional path to the completely unconventional. Because your teenager's dream job might not exist yet. And that's exactly the reason why we need to open our minds to all possibilities.
The Debate Room - monthly sessions ranging from the ridiculous to the serious. Teenagers learn to speak without fear, listen without interrupting and sit with an opinion that isn't their own. In a world of social media echo chambers this is a very valuable skill to have.
The Celestia Gathering - a free monthly live call open to everyone - paid members, free community members, parents and teenagers alike. Honest, friendly, supportive conversation with like-minded people who know they are seeking more than our current narrative offers for themselves and their children. Bring a cuppa. 💙

Improviser and storyteller
I’m a professional improviser, storyteller and performer, and the founder of So… what’s the story? Improv. I’ve been performing and working with groups for over 30 years, using stories, games, imagination and improv to bring people together and have a lot of fun.
So, what actually is improv?
Improvisation is making things up as you go - creating characters, stories and scenes with other people without knowing in advance what is going to happen.
It might sound terrifying. What if you're not funny? What if your brain goes completely blank? What if everyone else is brilliant?
Here's the good news: you don't need to be funny, confident or a performer. You just need to be curious about what might happen.
We'll play games and try out different ways of creating things together. Along the way, you'll discover:
How to come up with ideas when your brain insists it has absolutely none
How to listen, respond and build something together with other people
Why “Yes, and…” is one of the most useful ideas in improv — and in life
How mistakes and unexpected ideas can take things somewhere brilliant
How to be creative without worrying about whether you're doing it “right”
How improv can help you become more comfortable with uncertainty, trying new things and trusting yourself
And because we're doing it online, you can join from wherever you are - bedroom, kitchen, campervan or anywhere else you happen to be - no special space needed! You'll meet other young people who want to play, experiment and create things together.
There are no auditions, no scripts, no grades and no right answers.
You can be silly. You can be imaginative. You can be nervous. You can be completely bonkers.
You just need to be willing to play.
Because that's the magic of improv: you don't need to know what's going to happen. You just need to find out.

You pick up your phone for a quick minute. Suddenly it's been forty-five minutes, your thumb is on autopilot, and you couldn't tell me a single thing you just watched. Sound familiar? Don't worry - it's not a willpower problem. It's a biology problem. And this month, we're going to find out exactly what's happening inside your head.
In this session, we'll trace the full journey - from the electrical spark in a single neuron to the hormonal cascade that keeps your thumb scrolling. We'll explore:
How neurons fire and why they're the fastest wires in your body
Why the limbic system is the most powerful (and most ancient) part of your brain
What dopamine, cortisol, and adrenaline actually do to your body
How short-form video platforms are engineered to hijack your nervous system
And most importantly: how understanding your own brain puts you back in the driving seat
This isn't a lecture about putting your phone down. It's a deep dive into the most incredible machine you'll ever own - the one between your ears. Come curious. Leave with questions.
Cheers!
James

Dream Builders Host
I’m endlessly curious about people and what shapes their lives. I believe everyone has a story worth hearing—and that sometimes one meaningful conversation can change the direction of a young person’s life.
For more than twenty years, I worked with Tina running children’s nurseries, building trusted relationships with hundreds of children and families. Today, I continue my passion for supporting young people through my work with vulnerable teenagers, helping them overcome challenges, recognise their strengths and build positive futures.
As the host of Dream Builders, Planet Celestia’s monthly interview series, I bring warmth, curiosity and genuine interest to every conversation. Each month, I sit down with inspiring people who have created lives they genuinely love. From entrepreneurs and creatives to professionals, adventurers and changemakers, every interview explores the journey behind the success—not just the destination.
Together, we uncover the lessons, setbacks, defining moments and unexpected opportunities that shaped each person’s path, helping teenagers realise there is no single route to a meaningful and fulfilling life.
Inspired by the interviewing style of Michael Parkinson and a lifelong fan of Desert Island Discs, I enjoy asking the questions that reveal the person behind the achievements. My interviews are honest, encouraging and full of practical wisdom, showing teenagers that every journey is unique and that dreams are built one step at a time.
My mission is simple: to help young people broaden their horizons, believe in themselves and discover that they have the confidence and potential to create a life they truly love.

A Paroksh Yogi, shares ancient Himalayan wisdom and meditation practices.
Paroksh yogis are spiritual beings living in the Himalayan belt who prefer to remain anonymous. They carry deep experiential wisdom and express their understanding of truth in subtle, non-intrusive ways rather than through doctrines or belief systems.
Aham Shoonyam’s vision is to support a happier society that lives more in harmony with life and nature. His work focuses on raising human receptivity to pure consciousness, allowing perception to widen naturally so life can be lived with greater acceptance of each moment, without inner friction with present reality. From this acceptance, clarity unfolds and life begins to reflect one’s true being — the True Self.
In the present context of mental overload, overthinking, and constant stimulation, these teachings are shared in forms that also support deep rest, relaxation, and sleep. Many of the practices are especially helpful for those struggling with insomnia, mental restlessness, anxiety at night, or difficulty letting go.
The guidance is gentle and effortless.
There is no forcing of the mind.
No strain, no pressure to achieve anything.
These sessions can be used at bedtime, during night awakenings, or whenever the mind feels too active to rest. Sleep is allowed to come naturally, and awareness is invited to remain soft and background, letting the nervous system settle on its own.

Passionate about supporting young people on their entrepreneurial journey.
Richard Hart is an entrepreneur, creator and founder of Freedom Families, a platform built around helping families create more freedom in their lives through entrepreneurship, financial resilience and intentional living.
Richard's own entrepreneurial journey has been shaped by a desire to create more choice, not simply to make money, but to have greater control over his time, work and family life. Over the years, he has built businesses, explored different income streams and experienced both the highs and lows that come with being an entrepreneur. That experience has taught him that entrepreneurship isn't about having everything figured out from the beginning. It's about being willing to explore an idea, learn as you go, solve problems and take action.
Through Freedom Families and the Freedom Business Blueprint, Richard helps people understand the fundamentals of turning an idea into a real business, from identifying an opportunity and defining a customer to creating an offer and finding those first paying customers. Richard is particularly passionate about introducing these ideas to young people. He believes you don't have to wait until you're an adult to start developing an entrepreneurial mindset.
Young people naturally have ideas, creativity and different ways of looking at the world and learning how to turn those ideas into something useful can be an incredibly valuable skill for life.
The Freedom Business Blueprint brings those principles to a younger audience in a practical and accessible way, giving participants the opportunity to explore their ideas, understand how businesses work and take their first steps towards becoming entrepreneurs. For Richard, entrepreneurship is ultimately about creating possibilities and giving yourself more choices about how you want to live your life.
